Our clients include national and international market leaders in the natural and organic food, beverage, personal care, and nutraceutical categories.

Located in Leverett MA, just 20 minutes outside of Northampton and within 5 minutes of Amherst Center, in the Pioneer Valley, a thriving progressive community characterized by 5 major colleges with incredible opportunities for art and culture, but without the challenges of living in a major metropolitan area. We have beautiful mountains surrounding us with opportunities to hike, mountain bike and cross country ski outside the door to our office, yet within minutes to independent cinema, great coffee, and Whole Foods.
We are seeking a Senior Designer that is business-focused and believes in the demonstrable value of design, and in the social responsibility of designers. Ideal candidate would have experience in brand innovation and creating brand identity, in addition to strategy and packaging. Must have a beautiful sense of aesthetic, and be able to interpret strategic brand positioning into ground-breaking creative concepts and lead them through execution. Requirements:
• Team player with the ability to manage a team and push the envelope from a creative/conceptual standpoint.
• Have the ability to lead and direct a creative team (outside suppliers photographers, illustrators, and freelancers) and support work management efficiencies.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills are a must, strong client engagement skills a plus
• Should understand how to develop, manage and safeguard the graphic integrity and standards of brands, sub-brands, trademarks and visual equities across all visual communications.
• Must have knowledge of production and prepress process to insure the successful outcome of projects.
This hands-on, growth position requires 6+ years experience in the development of brand identity, packaging design and related collateral for consumer-packaged goods. Must be expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and/or QuarkXPress.
Affinity for the natural products industry a HUGE plus.
